PVC Tee with Cleanout

Primarily enabling the convergence of three pipelines while offering convenient access for maintenance through an integrated cleanout port. The tee features a T-shaped configuration with all three ports having a standard inner diameter of 110 millimeters, ensuring compatibility with corresponding PVC drainage pipes. The smooth inner surface of the ports minimizes flow resistance and prevents the accumulation of debris, promoting efficient water passage.

The main body of the tee is injection-molded from high-purity PVC material, which exhibits resistance to chemical corrosion, enabling long-term durability against sewage, acidic or alkaline liquids, and common organic solvents. Additionally, the material has strong UV resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations under varying environmental conditions.

The cleanout port is located beneath the side outlet of the tee and is equipped with a threaded sealing cap. During installation, the cap can be securely tightened to ensure a leak-proof seal. When maintenance is required, the cap can be easily unscrewed to allow access for cleaning tools such as spring cables or high-pressure water jet nozzles, enabling internal pipeline clearing without dismantling the entire system. This design eliminates the need for cutting or replacing pipes in the event of blockages, significantly improving system maintainability. Reinforcement ribs around the cleanout port enhance local compressive strength, preventing damage or deformation from repeated opening and closing.

The overall structure is compact with uniform wall thickness, complying with national standards for drainage fittings. It demonstrates stable pressure resistance and is suitable for gravity-fed drainage systems. Each tee undergoes rigorous pressure testing and dimensional inspection before leaving the factory to ensure reliable connections and sealing performance. Packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes with layered fixation, each carton contains 28 identical tees, protecting them from impact damage during transit and making them ideal for bulk procurement and on-site use.

This fitting is widely used in wastewater discharge systems of residential buildings, commercial complexes, and industrial workshops. It is especially suited for critical locations prone to clogging, such as kitchen drains, bathroom stack branches, or underground pipeline junctions.
